This website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, embedded video services or third-party font requests. The enquiry page loads Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Our own site code does not store form contents in your browser’s local storage.
The hosting service may process standard request information, including an IP address, requested page, browser information and date and time, to deliver the website, diagnose problems and maintain security.
Sending an enquiry
When you send the contact form, your name, email address and any other details you provide are sent to our website server and passed to our team by email. The form does not save your message to a website database. You can also email us directly.
Spam protection
The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate enquiries from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information as part of this check, subject to its privacy policy. The security check loads only on the enquiry page when the form is configured.
Our server keeps a temporary hashed network identifier and request counters to limit repeated attempts. The counter file does not contain enquiry text or raw IP addresses. Its active window resets after 15 minutes on the next valid attempt; hosting access logs may have separate retention periods.
If you send an enquiry, we receive the information you include and your email contact details. We use this to reply, discuss your requirements and arrange any conversation or demonstration you request. Providing an enquiry is voluntary.
How enquiry information is used
We handle business enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to prospective customers and operating our services. Website security and delivery also support our legitimate interests in operating a reliable website.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Hosting and email providers may process information as part of delivering their services.
Retention and service providers
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to manage the conversation and any resulting business relationship, or to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The nature of the enquiry, whether discussions remain active and any legal requirements inform that decision.
